The goal of the program is to encourage warm, communicative interactions between childcare providers and the children in their care.
Rossi's childcare program is based on a unique self-study format for users to complete. Childcare providers take the "quiz" at the beginning of each workbook to quickly identify the interactive skills they need to practice with the children. Then they find the corresponding practice area with age-appropriate suggestions for infants through preschoolers. They choose the praxtice the age of the children they care for. Whether they are called babysitters, childcare providers, daycare workers, or nannies they are all doing very important work and we need to support them in this work by giving them the tools they need!
